Account data you submit — name, contact details, payment IDs — is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is used solely to verify your identity, process payments via UPI or Paytm, and operate your account in line with these terms.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and we encourage you to enable it. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to your registered address. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported immediately so we can freeze the account and investigate.

Data Retention

Dispute Escalation

If a terms dispute cannot be resolved at the support-agent level, it is escalated to our compliance team, who review the account record and the relevant clause within five working days. You will receive a written decision referencing the specific term that was applied to your case.

All deposits made via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are governed by the Payments clause. That clause sets out per-transaction limits, processing times, and the identity-verification steps required before funds are credited to your account wallet and made available for wagers.

Contact our support team via email or live chat with your registered account ID and a written data-access request. We will compile and send your data within the period required by applicable law, which we aim to fulfil within 30 days of receiving a valid request.

Submit a closure request through live chat or email. Any pending wagers will be settled first; withdrawable balances are returned to your linked UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe account. After closure, personal data is retained for the mandatory regulatory period and then anonymised.

The applicable governing law is stated in the Jurisdiction clause of the full Terms & Conditions document. Disputes are subject to the courts specified in that clause. Your eligibility to use the platform is always assessed against the laws of your local jurisdiction.
